Kylene has more than 25 years of experience propelling group-centric organizations forward. Her expertise includes strategy definition and goal setting, business model development, new product/service line development, change management, marketing campaign development, brand management, operations design, technology platform design and deployment, sales, event design, constituent relations, training and business coaching.

Kylene is currently a founding Partner of allyAMC.  In this role, Kylene engages hands-on with association clients, using her experience and expertise to define and deliver value to organizations and their members.  She oversees allyAMC’s daily operations and leads its team of professionals in serving clients’ needs.

On her approach to business, Kylene states, “I believe strongly in a servant leadership mentality and the Golden Rule.  Fundamentally, if you embody these basic principles, you will never go wrong.”

Kylene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Logistics from John Carroll University and a Master’s from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Allyn brings a wide range of expertise and experience to clients with a diverse background that includes a nationally recognized nursing career, founding a nonprofit organization in South Africa, and serving on various nonprofit Boards focused on children, education, and the arts.

With allyAMC, Allyn focuses on ensuring clients have high-impact events that are aligned with organizational objectives and budgets.  She leads site selection research, agenda and program development, vendor and sponsor relations, and onsite logistics.  Internally, she collaborates with other allyAMC team members across functional areas to ensure deadlines are met, deliverables are delivered, and that the overall event experience is seamless.

Tony Pinali serves as the Controller of allyAMC. Prior to joining the allyAMC, Tony worked as an accountant and financial analyst for a multibillion-dollar real estate developer. Tony received his BSBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2012.

Jessica has worked for Merrymeeting Group (MMG) and its subsidiaries in the Legal/ Compliance Department since 2011. As the General Counsel at MMG, she focuses on providing legal advice to MMG and its affiliates as well as drafting and reviewing documents for MMG’s subsidiary franchise brands and several technology companies. She also has extensive knowledge regarding FTC and state franchise filing guidelines as she assists with ensuring compliance for each MMG subsidiary franchise brand. Jessica also has experience with filing, maintaining, and enforcing trademark registrations as well as drafting, filing, and maintaining corporate records.

She received her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2010 and graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Toledo in 2006. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2010 and is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising. Jessica, her husband Steve, son Grady, and french bulldog Francine reside in Brecksville.

At allyAMC, Kregg is our trusted manager of branding and marketing services. From web development to paid media strategies, Kregg’s expertise and passion are unmatched, making him an incredible asset to associations of all sizes.

Emily’s experience working with Boards, committees, government bodies, and external stakeholders is an asset to allyAMC clients. As Senior Association Director, she ensures client goals are achieved by managing the execution of high-impact deliverables, maintaining key stakeholder relationships, and by bringing innovative solutions to the table.

Emily brings 20 years of nonprofit management serving as Executive Director, Board of Trustee Member, and advocate. Her passion and professionalism drives teams to successful outcomes. Emily holds her Bachelor degree from Bowling Green State University.

As the Director of Operations, Tara leverages nearly a decade of association management experience in various roles. In collaboration with the Executive Director and other internal team members, Tara oversees specialty projects and initiatives, demonstrating her ability to identify solutions, consider alternatives, and make informed decisions. Tara also works closely with clients managing various committee meetings, hosting webinars and orientation sessions. Her commitment to excellence shapes every initiative she undertakes.

In her role as Director of Events, Kate focuses on planning and executing client conferences and meetings with impact. From committee engagement and site selection to registration design and onsite leadership, she creates experiences that meet objectives, goals and budgets. Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from John Carroll University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Julie’s background in education makes her a multi-dimensional contributor to organizations across areas such as educational course development and designation management. She’s also particularly adept at working with various software programs and virtual platforms that support and enhance the student engagement experience. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Baldwin Wallace University.

Alicia McGinnis is the Marketing Coordinator at AllyAMC she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Technology and an Associate degree in Interactive Media from Bowling Green State University. She excels at designing compelling graphics, email marketing, committee management, and brings her technical expertise to daily association operations. Alicia’s expertise in visual communication and her strategic approach to marketing make her an invaluable asset to her team.
